Shipping policy

We offer free shipping Australia wide to get your brand new products to you for the price displayed. We typically dispatch all products within 48 hours of receiving your order, we know the agony of waiting for your online orders! For our non Australian friends, get in touch and we can discuss your shipping needs.

We use a network of couriers as standard, which means we can't deliver to PO boxes. On the upside, you get to chat to your friendly courier!

We offer Australia Post Express Post shipping if you need your products quickly. However, we are limited by Australia Post's reach and delivery for non metropolitan areas. If you need Australia Post Express Post, don't forget to add to your cart and it will be charged at checkout. 

On the off chance that your product isn't making you burst with happiness and you have discussed a refund with one of our friendly team, please simply send back to us at the address supplied. Unfortunately we are not able to pay for postage costs on returns.
